pp. 31, (ii), 31. Including 2 pages of facsimile autograph. Stapled into paper wrappers, a paper-clip at the top edge of the title has produced a rust mark and the paper is torn without loss at this mark, else a good, clean copy. *No copy on COPAC but 5 locations on OCLC including the Lane Medical Library at Stanford. Ex-libris MACDONALD CRITCHLEY whose clinical interest in mirror-writing reveals the purpose of having this item - the two 31 page sections are respectively printed in standard form and then in mirror-form. The facsimile pages are both mirror-printed.
