Hardcover. Condition: Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. Volume itself has green covers with sharp gilt lettering on the spine. Dust jacket has wear at the head and tail of the spine and some chipping at the head of the spine. Some wear up and down the spine and wear & on some corners of dj. Dust jacket is protected in an archival quality Brodart cover and looks rather nice in its protected state. 164 pages, including an index & glossary plus many color plates.
