1961. (Hardcover) Very good, no dust jacket. 192pp. Finely bound cloth over 3 / 4 leather with rules and title in gilt and raised bands on the spine. Binding signed by Sangorski & Sutcliffe, marbled endpapers, all edges gilt and with an erotic fore-edge painting. The spine lightly faded. Binding by Sangosrki and Sutcliffe.
