Outer wrappers a bit soiled and dulled, with mild edgewear -- nonetheless a tight, quite decent copy of this popular monthly, with much of this issue devoted entirely to the World War then raging. Front wrapper notes, "The United States and Germany: Facts and Documents about the deeds of Germany by which she has isolated herself from the Friendship of civilized Nations.".
