Läckert papperband med titelskylt i skinn och mönstrat överdrag av Thorvald Bindesbøll (1846-1908), son till arkitekten M. G. B. Bindesbøll (1800-1856) som ju ritade Thorvaldsens Museum. Inlagan ngt lagerfläckad, liten blåstämpel "G" nederst på titelsidan. Mycket trevligt exemplar. Kiøbenhavn, Reitzels Forlag / Thieles Bogtrykkeri, 1849. Liten 8:o. 56 sid. Med verkförteckning 1789-1843 på sid. 49-56. Första upplagan utkom under Thorvaldsens livstid, medan föreliggande upplaga förtecknar hans fullbordade oeuvre. - - - Early biography of Danish sculptor Bertel Thorvaldsen, enlarged with a historically arranged list of his works, in Danish. Attractive patterned boards, paper designed by Thorvald Bindesbøll (1846-1908), son of M. G. B. Bindesbøll (1800-1856) who was the architect of the Thorvaldsen Museum. Some foxing, small initial stamp "G" on title, but fine.
