Report begins: "The Committee on Indian Affairs, to which were referred the memorials of certain Choctaw Indians, claiming reservations under the 14th article of the treaty of Dancing Rabbit creek, and the resolutions and other proceedings of the Legislature of the state of Mississippi, together with the memorials of sundry citizens of said claims, have had the same under consideration, and make the following report: ." Ho. of Reps. 8vo. 56 pp. Removed from a nonce volume; three holes in inner margin, touching a couple of letters on several pages without affecting overall sense of text. Lower outer corners chipped. First page with ink numeral and heavily soiled. Upper outer corners of pp. [1]?30 with light fold mark; some corners soiled.
