Mastercard, Visa or checks accepted. I will hold the book for two weeks, pending
receipt of the check. Media Mail shipping within the U.S. is free. Rates are
$5.00 for the first book, and 4.00 for each additional book in the same shipment
for priority mail.
Foreign rates are available upon request.
