Might still be there when you get it. Cover models is a 20-something Kate Moss, in a magical dress of unnamed color.Just inside starts the Murderer's Row of supermodels and will-be supermodels in big, splashy, elegant pro photographer ads - including Julia Stiles in a dazzling, moving and trenchant two-page cK ad (see scan), if that's not an oxymoron. And of course this continues, sumptuously, throughout, and graces articles as well as modeled ads. Some enjoyable topics - remember, there are a rich 262 pages of fashion, celebrity, style, health and food journalism with very professional photography to match - include, but are hardly limited to, Amanda Peet; Wax to the Max; Fat Lip; Lilith Fair; Mary McCormack; Madonna; Kevyn Aucoin; 122 Best Cosmetics; Mom Was Right; Ginger Lickin' Good; Chest Treasures; etc., etc. A beautifully-preserved example of an early issue of a topflight genre publication - one which has had Linda Wells at the helm since its 1991 inception.
