The author shares his knowledge and experiences in fishing and fly fishing without trying to be all authoritarian on the subject. He shows the prospective angler what to expect at the river when fishing for trout, salmon, pike, etc. Which various lures are used in different conditions of water and at different seasons of the year. The book has some moisture wrinkling to the green cloth covered boards with worn gold titling on the spine and a black illustration of an angler on the front board.
