Fourteen ink drawings, each repeated twice. First appearance of each drawing is a full page, with title captioned in lower left corner; second appearance follows on next leaf with poem.Faustino Caigoy is a Filipino-American visual- and word-artist and was a noted muralist in Los Angeles during the early 1970s. "i don't write no nice poems, nows-a-days. i guess if i really force myself i could, but i cai n't, so's i goes-on writing about the ills, i guess before the doc comes and tells me what's wrong, i can goes-on the same way. the doc tells me that you have to have your b.a., 'fore you kin write good-stuffs. i guess in a way he's right, i guess. but i kin neba tell what is a b.a., i guess it means, sometin kills me to say, like "being-anglo", guess that's what it means. so the man keeps on holding me down . . . ."Only 2 copies in OCLC (Emory and Cal State LA), and none appearing in commerce.
