Hardcover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Fair. 1st Edition. Hardcover with DJ. Red cloth over boards with silver stamping on spine. Pictorial DJ with white and yellow lettering. Title page not dated. Copyright page dated 1968. Last title in list published by the same author is "Painted Lady", in 1967. 186 pages. In good condition. This copy is signed by Boland's wife, Phillipa, to whom the book is also dedicated. Her inscription ("Signed, in place of John, for Donald Noakes, with very best wishes -- Phillipa Boland, 6th April, 1979") is dated three years after John Boland's death. Covers are clean. A bit bumped along edges. DJ in fair condition, some rubbing to spine, chipping to top of spine, rubbing to corners. Binding feels a bit loose. Pages clean. Novel about a heist by British author Boland. Inscribed by Author(s). Seller Inventory # 18-1850
