About this Item

Broadsides. Two sheets, measuring approximately 7�" x 11�" and 16�" x 11�". Some corner creasing and larger broadside with a short crease near the title, very good or better. The larger broadside consists of facsimile of a previously unknown letter from Charles I concerning the civil War siege of Lyme Regis with a transcription by Honorary Curator John Fowles. The smaller broadside is a nine-paragraph explanation of the situation by Fowles.
