A very clean, bright and attractive copy of this thrilling adventure novel. A 16th century English Adventurer returns home with incredible riches. He hides his treasure in his estate and promptly dies without anyone knowing the hiding place. Now, in the third decade of the 20th century several factions are trying mightily to find the jewels. Lovely cover art by Noel Byers. A few scratches to the front panel and the white background of the jacket's spine is a bit darkened, else fine. Near Fine / Very Good.
