We have traced only one institutional copy, held at the British Library. Not in Bitting. Small duodecimo. Illustrations in the text. Original red cloth, front cover lettered in gilt, covers bordered in blind, gilt edges. Nicks to spine ends, a few marks to cloth, front inner hinge cracked but holding. A very good copy.
