Green boards with gilt titles, still bright but with three spots of fading along top edge, but mostly on reverse. No dust jacket. Book is tight and very clean otherwise with excellent sepia and colour plates. Slight ageing on fly leafs with tanned strip on e/p fly leaf. Undated but could be 1930s. Includes cold sauces and salad dressings, salads, canap�s and croutons and a range of sweet dishes made with rice,custard, fruit and ice cream, along with drinks and punches.63pp plus list of other books by same author.
