Wrappers sunned at the spine and edges, front cover with shallow loss at the top corner and along the foredge, very good and sound; the interior is fine. Laid in is a piece of paper with the signature of Major Edmond Mallet, who presided as the president of this convention and served as Inspector General for Indian Affairs under President Grover Cleveland. Uncommon.
