Publishers label on f.pastedown states, The Army and Navy section is prepared with the collaboration of Rear Admiral Clifford H. West. (retired) U.S. Navy. Front cover almost detatched and leather worn at edges, f. paper and f.f.endpaper loose, rear cover worn at edges, all edges gilt. Maps in colour and detailed maps of each U.S State. The Hon: H.L.A.
