Slim octavo (21.5cm); multi-colored mimeographed sheets stapled into illustrated card covers; [36]pp. Inscribed by the author on the inner front wrapper: "For the saint of the west / J. Callahan / Bill / 5/25/65." Toning to wrapper extremities, with light, scattered foxing to same; errata slip stapled to lower corner of p.[16]; contents bright and clean; Very Good+. Collection of Wantling's poems published by Doug Blazek's Mimeo Press, including several early poems which first appeared in the pages of little magazines like Input, Wormwood Review, and Dust. Cover art by d.a. levy, with a nice contemporary inscription to poet and editor James D. Callahan.
