*** MAP in very good clean clear and untorn condition. It is preserved in the original dark purple boards with a handwritten panel on the upper board. On the pastedown of the lower board is the remains of a label. There are very small worn "holes" at the corners of the creases (see images).This is similar to the map that was issued with Livingstone's "Missionary Travels" of the same date, but issued separately, Blue linen backed fold up map with original title on cover, folds up to 195x105mm. This shows the route, red-lined, taken by Livingstone between 1854-56 St Paul de Loanda.to Quilimane. Size: 330x660mm (oblong) Size closed 125x205mm closed. Seller Inventory # 006592
