8.5 x 6.75 in. Squarish 8vo. [2] 110 pp [3]. Stapled yellow paper wraps. Front wrapper illustrated with photocopied line drawings, title hand-colored in red ink. Single, large folded signature, with center leaves just holding at staple due to thickness of text, and protruding from wrappers at fore edge. Some soiling to wrappers and lower edge of text, outer corners, and spine. Creasing to lower fore corner of rear wrapper and last few leaves. Early, self-published mimeo manuscript, distributed by the author for the price of $2.00, stating in the foreword: "Several major publishers wanted to issue twenty-five dollar, gold embossed, buckram bound editions.but I said no, I wanted to do it this way." Later re-issued posthumously, this scarce printing contains the author's "mis-spellings.typographical errors.[and] huge ugly splotches of ink.This book is largely a mess.".
