- Octavo, 8-1/2 inches high by 5-3/4 inches wide. Black cloth titled in gilt on the spine, in a pictorial white dust wrapper. The dust jacket is soiled and lightly stained with a sliver out from the bottom edge of the jacket's rear panel and a couple of small holes to the front panel. 192 pages, illustrated with several pages of photographs. A prior owner's name is penned on the front endpaper. Good. First edition.
