A very good copy of the presumed first edition of this " description of the Ordnance Survey Seventh Edition One-Inch Sheet 173". No Dust Jacket. Cover: cream coloured card with black line drawn image of rural scene and black lettering to front; bright and clean for its age; some age darkening to all edges and inked figure 10 to front top outer corner; few other visible signs of shelf wear. Internally: very clean and tightly staple bound; previous owner's neat signature dated 1968 to top of title page; no other markings inscriptions or book plates; some rusting to staples in centre but little marking to page; overall in very good condition for its age. Illustrated throughout with black and white photographs and maps. 30 pp.
