Random House, New York , 1954, 437 pages. First Edition, first printing. Stated on copyright page. 1st issue DJ with $4.75 price intact on DJ flap and 8/54 on bottom flap. Book is tight. exterior shows slight soiling and a tiny fray hair on rear panel corner. Two small marks to side page edges. Pages lay tight. A small previous owner's namestamp on FFEP. DJ shows rubbing along edges with a couple of tiny chips on spine and edges. Winner of the Pulitzer Prize and National Book Award winner. Faulkner considered this his masterpiece. VG/VG.
