The first edition for all.In the publisher's original cloth with the original unclipped dust wrappers to all but 'The Climate of Love' and 'The Question of Max' which are clipped.Six volumes.This set includes six crime and thriller novels by a host of authors including Hillary Waugh and William Hallahan. The set includes works such as 'Catch Me Kill Me', the winner of the 1978 Mystery Writers of America Award, and 'Finish Me Off' by Hillary Waugh, which is the third of her novels to feature 'Frank Sessions', a homicide detective. In the publisher's original cloth with the original unclipped dust wrappers to all but 'The Climate of Love' and 'The Question of Max' which are clipped. Externally excellent with minor shelf wear, a slight lean to 'The Question of Max' and 'Death and Circumstance', and bumping to the head of the spine to 'Finish Me Off'. Offsetting to the endpapers to 'Climate of Love', 'Death and Circumstance', spotting to 'Finish Me Off', 'Double Double Oil and Trouble' and 'Catch me Kill Me', with rubbing to the rear pastedown to the latter. Tape remnants to the endpapers to 'Crime and Circumstance'. The wraps are excellent to 'Double, Double Oil and Trouble' and 'Catch me Kill me' with only slight edge wear and marks. 'The Question of Max' is smart with loss to the tail of the front, creasing and slight marks, with tape reinforcements to the verso. The rest are very smart with light sunning to the spines, slight marks, edge wear, a closed tear to the head of 'Finish Me Off' and the odd chip. Internally firmly bound with clean and bright pages to all but 'The Climate of Love' and 'Death and Circumstance' which are lightly age toned, with the odd spot and offsetting to the front blank to the latter.
