Cover has moderate wear, dampstains on back cover and last several pages which has left marks on those pages. Most of the pages are not impacted at all by the dampstaining, previous owner's name on front endpaper. Nicely illustrated, including a fold-out map of Mt Kineo (which has a small edge tear) "A View from Mt Kineo Fire Station".
