1794, 1/4 leather, 2 Volume complete set, THE HISTORY OF THE ORIGIN, PROGRESS, AND TERMINATION OF THE AMERICAN WAR. Charles Stedman was an officer with British, a loyalist from Philadelphia at birth. His eyewitness view of the war gave him a fair perspective. In very good plus condition. Bits of leather loss, light corner bruising, very stable, all is tight and clean. Minor foxing, minor stains, all is original. Old plate front and on fly, slight tear at crease front fly, see photos. All are 8.75 x 11. Old owners name in old ink. 399 and 449 plus pages. 10 of the maps are represented here in facsimile. Solid and rare set. See photos and our other books and paper for sale.
