vol 720 of the 'Collection of British Authors'. Green hard back book with banded spine. The title and author to the spine. Gilt line decoration to the spine. Marbled end pagess. 378 pages. Some light age spotting to first 28 pages. Some rubbing to the board edges, and light rubbing to the board face. Please note that on checking the pages of this book page 15/16 has been wrongly inserted between pages 2 and 3. This must have been a mistake on publication as this page has been sewn in place by the the publisher. Knowing this the story can be followed easily. All other pages have been checked and follow correctly. This must be a 1864 error in the collating of this book. (in my opinion) Size: 6in x 4.5in.
