British edition, second printing (first printing was 1941), 1942. No jacket. A Zodiac book (first series). Illustrated by Mervyn Peake. Yellow boards with black lettering to spine and front and design in black to front are only good with a little pushing/bumping to corners, numerous marks, minor foxing, a little patchy browning (including to spine), the odd small bump/rub to edges and a little wear (pushing/rubbing/bumping/little fraying to the cloth) to head/tail of spine. Pages are generally clean and the binding is tight. Rough cut page bottoms. Pages bit tanned. Odd small mark/spots of foxing to page edges, tops and bottoms. Occasional small marks/scattered foxing to pages. No other faults. All books described honestly and accurately. Paypal accepted. Seller Inventory # 009890
