Condition Report Externally Spine good condition gilt titles, bruised top and tail, discoloured. Joints good condition gently rubbed and worn. Corners good condition bumped and worn. Boards good condition blue cloth boards with gilt titles and gilt decoration to the front, both boards have some marks due to age. Page edges good condition all tanned and foxed. See above and photos. Internally Hinges good condition front hinge has started to crack and the webbing can be seen in places but it is holding well. Paste downs good condition plain, tanned and foxed, there is a previous owner s signature dated 28.6.1902 on the front paste down. End papers good condition plain, tanned and foxed.
