First edition, 8vo, pp. 261, [1]; frontispiece and 24 plates; near fine original yellow cloth stamped in black on upper cover and spine; very good dust jacket with small breaks at the extremities and a chip from the top of the spine (no loss of lettering), and the spine a little sunned. The dust jacket is uncommon. This copy with a presentation inscription from the author to: "E. C. Leedy - With my best wishes to a good apple grower and a better friend. Junius B. Wood, Oct. 5, 1928." Wood was the European correspondent for the Chicago Daily News. Seller Inventory # 67997
