1876 Paperback bound entire in blue pebbled cloth over boards with gilt lettering on spine. Pages have toned in the past 125 years and that is the only fault with this item. A complete transcript of the trial from indictment to sentence. The Honorable Nathan Clifford, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, and the Honorable John Lowell, District Judge of the United States for the District of Massachusetts presided. Previous owner custom bookplate attached to front free endpaper.
