The book is bound in the original embossed patterned blue cloth titled in gilt to the spine, illustrated with an engraved portrait of Reynolds, 310 pages plus publishers? catalogue, contemporary ownership inscription to front endpaper, pencilled notes to rear pastedown, covers have only very minor signs of wear, internally some cracking to joints, else contents in good condition.
