The final journal produced by the Ladies' Alpine Club before it merged with The Alpine Club, celebrating the club's achievements during its 'lifespan' of 1907-1975. 91 pages printed and bound on olive-green, card covers, white titles to front covers. As the occasion warrants, a 'retrospective' journal, with much of the contents celebrating the achievements of this remarkable club. Contents include an article titled 'Looking Backwards' by Dorothy Pilley Richards, 'LAC into AC' by Margaret Darvall and 'Hail and Farewell' Katharine Chorley, etc. Black & white photographs. Loose-leaf statement of accounts from 1974. Some wrinkling to spine binding, otherwise in VGC - very clean and tidy. Seller Inventory # 240419
