An unusually clean copy of an early cookbook with the rare (often missing) original folded template for 'Gondola' cake loosely inserted. Also included is a letter from a Western Australian wedding cake specialist, 'Kentucky Kitchen' (Piccadilly Arcade, Perth, W.A.) requesting further cake books. Very good condition. (heavy book, please inquire regarding postage.) Joseph Lambeth was born in the United States. He visited London for many years and was a successful winner of 'Gold' and 'Silver' medals at the International Food and Confectionary Exposition in London.
