Bound without wrappers in black library buckram with spine gilt. Ex-government library, with stamps (one on the foredge), a blind stamp, and a card pocket and very cool Pentagon Library label on the rear pastedown. The boards with light scuffing, a few pages with minimal ink underlining, very good and sound. Includes articles on "Law Of Outer Space - A Problem For International Agreement", by Andrew G.
