Black textured cloth with gilt spine lettering and blind-stamped border lines to boards, small chip to top tip of spine, 1 cm chip to bottom with cloth split to back above this expanding into triangular loss of cloth 2cm long to back joint,this damage extending 5 cm in all up back joint. otherwise clean and unworn. vi + 34,; David Bellamy's book plate verso front end-paper (this his small version 6 cm x 8 cm), otherwise internally pristine. Edited from a small ms. notebook by John Hunter (d.1793) Scarce 23 cm x 29.5 cm.
