16mo, bound in original blindstamped brown cloth covered boards with gilt lettering , heavily worn and moderately soiled, contents good but with dark stain near bound edge generally not affecting text, but it does encroach on text on many pages, map is present and has a closed tear that is partly mended with archival documnt tape. Overall, fair copy.
