Half polished calf over light blue satin cloth boards with stamped double gilt rulings separating the two on front and rear. Raised bands and gilt titling to spine - all page edges very bright gilt. Beautiful marbled endpapers and an attractive engraved bookplate from the library of Carl Otto Kretzchmar von Kienbusch. Book is really near fine or better but for the front board has been separated from book and repaired with white archival tape. No foxing, spotting or marks - really spotless inside and out.
