About the Author

Delores M. Etter is a professor of electrical and computer engineering at the University of Colorado at Boulder. She has been elected a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE) and of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) for her contributions to education and for her technical leadership in digital signal processing.
