Photo essay of Nureyev, who was invited to Paris to dance 'Le Jeune Homme et la Mort', a french piece choreographed by Roland Petit, which was originally conceived by Jean Cocteau in 1946. Photographs of Nureyev [1938-1993] by Jurgen Vollmer. Nureyev was invited to Paris to dance "Le Jeune Homme et la Mort," a French piece choreographed by Roland Petit, which was originally conceived by Jean Cocteau in 1946. Very Good overall.
