About this Item

Oxford Press 1963 3rd printing of 1953 1st/1st. Slight reading crease to book with pencil notations throughout. These could be erased, but as a academic book, we feel it adds charm. Jacket has tattering top spine ends, but fine overall. This books is a medieval poem, translated and edited with help from Professor Tolkien who is credited in the preface.
