One Introduction volume and 100 wood engravings in two separate portfolios: Birds & Vignettes, Section I; Quadrupeds & Vignettes, Section II. All three in quarter linen and brown paper boards, leather spine labels, leather tips. A fine copy in fine slipcase. Each portfolio contains 50 engravings laid into printed paper wrappers. The engravings were printed by R. Hunter Middleton from the original blocks at the Newberry Library. A handsome, fine copy, compete as issued. Seller Inventory # 527516
