First American edition. Purple cloth stamped in black and gilt. Binding slightly cocked, spine base gently bumped with some sunning, and a bit of offsetting from the jacket text onto the front fly in a bright, near very good example of the metallic dust jacket, price-clipped with moderate general wear, a short tear at the bumped spine base, and some creasing at the foredge of the upper flap.
