A poor, incomplete copy. The report has only pages (61) through to 256, i.e. lacking the xxxii preliminary pages, pages (1) through 60, and the map. The lengthier Appendix to the report is also incomplete, with 756 of 826 pages. The missing pages (757 through 826) are made up of the Index pages, from Carrington onwards.
