Blue cloth backed color pictorial printed card wrappers with a wonderful full color drawing, both front and back, populated with the comic strip characters to be found inside, in as new condition for what is a magnificent copy of the book. [17] leaves. The book contains [1] leaf of color "Friendly Seals of Orphan Annie - Kayo - Little Folks - Smitty - Herby - Perry Winkle - With Which To Seal Your Letters", and [16] leaves, each containing two color pictorial perforated sheets of writing paper, one side of each sheet is lined for the body of a letter, the back side of each sheet is lined for the letter's address; each individual sheet is designed to be folded in half and sealed with one of the included seals before mailing; the book is in pristine, unused condition.
