Clean text; 842 pages, indexed. The dustjacket is unclipped (the price is on the rear flap) but shows some edgewear. There is a mostly-closed tear on the front, along with two that are closed; there are three chips on the rear panel, one of which crosses over to the edge of the spine. We accept checks and money orders in US Dollars. Credit card orders are accepted through ABE. California residents must add appropriate sales tax (currently 7.25%). Items are returnable for any reason within ten days of receipt (please email or call first before returning item).

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. Due to the recent turmoil in postal rates (particularly for International orders)shipping costs may need to be assessed on an individual basis. It is our policy to ship at the exact cost.
