George Allen & Unwin: First UK Edition, First Impression, 1977. The domestic edition printed by Billings with issue points: full stop after Feanor on p.330 and the text 'Lord of Waters and King of the Sea' in italics on p.352. Hardcover, black cloth boards in fine condition, text block comprising 365 pp, tight and clean, top edge blue; two maps present: one bound into the text facing p128, and the other, folded, tipped in amongst the rear end papers. An exceptionally nice copy of this increasingly scarce title.
