New; pristine. See scans. San Francisco: Silver Sprocket, 2019. Silver Sprocket 'Rest in Pizza' hinge-opening coffin pin, Artist Sarah Duyer. Comic Book & Contemporary Art Ephemera. Pin is approximately 2" x 1", thicker than most SS pins because it is a hinge opening form - pin opens to reveal a skeleton inside, clasping a pizza to its chest (there is a separate-non-opening 'Rest in Pizza' pin on the market as well). Two tack pins and clamp closures on reverse, red and white enamel. See scan. Backing cardboard and package are 4" x 3". Silver Sprocket is a Haight Street-based contemporary art consortium, somewhat similar in style to, though at this time less well-known than, the Richmond, CA based OuchFactory YumClub, publisher of Hi-Fructose magazine and related contemporary art enticements. Cal this "Neo Kitsch". New, pristine, collectible, and apparently very rare. Ships in stout protection, of course. Lsmph4.
