Foulkes, actually Sigmund Heinrich Fuchs (* 1898 in Karlsruhe; 1976 in London), were a German psychiatrist and Psychoanalytiker, the 1933 because of its Jewish origin to Great Britain emigrierte and there 1938 the British nationality and the name Foulkes similarly sounding in English .studied medicine in Munich and Heidelberg. By its interest in psychological problems he came with the works of Sigmund Freud into contact and finally pulled to Vienna, where he underwent of a training analysis with Helene German. In Vienna participated it became in the context of its psychoanalytischen training also in the technical seminar led by William realm. 11.5 x 17.5.approx.
