Collection of 13 short sci-fi stories first published in1950 under the title, "Born of Man and Woman,'' a title included here. This is the first mass market paperback from Bantam (H5548), first issued in 1955; this is the third printing from Sept. 1970 with new, salacious, semi-nude cover art (unattributed). In 180 pages + 2 pages of ads, it is in VG condition: completely clean, binding tight with slight cocking, shallow creasing to spine & front cover parallel to spine, minor edgewear with mild chipping at corners. Interior pages are slightly off-white, light tanning to inside covers, but completely unmarked save for a stray pen mark to first page. Nicely protected in new mylar collector bag Free!
